EVENTS

Everyone is welcome at our open programme events, gatherings and retreats. These uplifting creative mindfulness experiences take place online or in London.

We also offer creative leadership programmes for modern changemakers working in the UK’s charity and voluntary sector, as activists or campaigners, writers or artists, community leaders or in social entreprise. Perhaps you’re a corporate changemaker working in HR, ESG or CSR or a student still at university - we can help you or your people, too.

PEOPLE say

“The Urban Curiosity founder was an everyday Londoner and far from the kind of mindfulness leader I had been expecting. Mental health is still a scary phrase, despite its obvious importance, but the session was full of practical advice with tips relatable to everyday life.”
