TRAINING workshops

We provide creative training programmes for charities, the VCSE sectors, libraries, universities, community groups and ESG/CSR teams at mission-driven corporates across London.

Here at Urban Curiosity, we are interested in how changemakers can make a positive impact without suffering from burnout or compassion fatigue. Because the World Health Organization states chronic work-related stress leads to burnout. And depression will likely be the leading cause of disease by 2030.

Now consider this: the average person spends 90,000 hours at work across a lifetime. It’s time for a new approach and we believe it starts with curiosity. Find out how we can engage your staff, students, volunteers or community this year.  Get in touch→

clients say

The Urban Curiosity founder was an everyday Londoner and far from the kind of mindfulness leader I had been expecting. ‘Mental health’ is still a scary phrase despite its obvious importance but the session was full of practical advice with tips relatable to everyday life.”
